Belmonte Park Hospitality provides all the catering and food service for the Dayton Masonic Center. We are in the process of updating a new menu. Once that is complete we will display that here so you can see what we offer.

Thank you for considering the Dayton Masonic Center for your special event. Our goal is to accommodate your needs with quality food, atmosphere, and service. The menus provided are merely suggestions. They can be personalized to create a unique menu for your occasion.
Please submit your menu selection(s) and approximate guest count one month prior to your event. At this time a projected food total will be given to you based upon the information you have provided. 50% of the estimated food total will be due at this time. This amount and any other deposits will be subtracted from your final invoice.
At two (2) weeks prior to your function, linen requirements, table and room set-up charts must be submitted in writing.
A written guarantee of the number of meals ordered is required 5 business days in advance of the serving time-not subject to reduction-and charges will be made accordingly. We cannot be responsible for service of more than 5% over the guaranteed number of guests.
If you select a served meal, please limit your entrée selection to two (2) entrees plus a vegetarian choice if required. For groups over 200 you may select one (1) entrée and a vegetarian meal. It is the responsibility of the host to provide place cards indicating each guest’s selection.
An 18% gratuity charge and Ohio sales tax (7%) will be added to all food and beverage charges.
The customer may bring in specialty cakes for a $1.00 per person plate and cutting charge. Punch may be brought in at $1.00 per person. This charge covers punch bowl, ladle, ice, disposable cups and napkins.
We also have white cloth table skirts available for rent. Skirting rents for $.50 per foot (60” round tables require 21 feet). A large selection of napkin colors is available. Navy, white, red, hunter green and black are the standard colors and along with white 90” tablecloths are included with your dinner pricing. Many other colors are available at a nominal fee.
Your dining room invoice will be prepared as one consolidated check. We cannot provide separate checks for private parties. If your guests are paying individually, may we suggest collection prior to the event or we can provide a table for you to use as your guests arrive with prior notice. We will be happy to let you know the total amount per person (including tax and gratuity).
At the Dayton Masonic Center our goal is to please your palate and to create a dining experience that you will long remember. I have over 40 years of experience in the food industry and specialize in banquet service. No matter what size of party, we can tastefully create a most memorable dining experience.
